They pay their staff minimum wage
They pay their staff minimum wage, the kp makes the same as the chefs. Their training program is a waste of time for the most past, under employee benifits they've listed nest pensions even though its a legal requirement.
I would never personally recommend any of their restaurants as they're rather bland, not a great company at all.

Derby Arms Epsom no drinks after 8:53
Derby Arms Epsom. Spent £188 on meal for 4. At precisely 8:53 we had finished meal and attempted to order 2 digestifs and a tea. Was told “bar’s closed” at 8:53???Asked to see manager, they then Produced the order. Pub closed at 9. Website says 10:30. Will be contacting CEO.
